1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, tools, SaaS platforms, and custom software services provided by Techreptile ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Scope of Services & Service Fees
Techreptile provides full-stack web development, custom software engineering, SaaS solutions, API integration, and physical hardware setup services. Service delivery and fee structures are governed as follows:
- SaaS Platforms: Basic remote SaaS services and standard application features are offered free of charge. Specialized, enhanced, or premium features and tier-based services will be billed upon subscription.
- Manual / Custom Software Applications: Clients receive three (3) months of complimentary service, maintenance, and support starting from the date of official project handover. Any app improvements, feature additions, major updates, or maintenance requested after this 3-month free period will incur additional charges.
- Physical Device Setup & On-Site Services: Any required physical device installations, hardware setups, or on-site technical support are subject to separate service charges payable upon request or completion of service.
- Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and custom payment structures will be further detailed in individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents or service contracts.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate client agreement:
- Our Content: All branding, logos, website design elements, source code, and original materials produced directly by Techreptile remain the intellectual property of Techreptile.
- Client Projects: Upon full payment for custom software development services, intellectual property and code ownership rights for custom deliverables are transferred to the client as specified in your individual contract.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
When accessing our website, utilizing our SaaS apps, interacting with our APIs, or engaging Techreptile for software development, you explicitly agree not to participate in or request services for any activity that is harmful, illegal, unethical, or inappropriate. Prohibited activities strictly include, but are not limited to:
- Adult & Explicit Content Restriction: Techreptile strictly refuses and prohibits the development, hosting, integration, maintenance, or distribution of any software, platform, or service related to adult content, pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexually oriented services.
- Illegal Actions: Utilizing our systems, SaaS platforms, or custom deliverables for fraudulent activities, scamming, unauthorized data mining, money laundering, or violating any national or international laws.
- Harmful Content & Exploitation: Transmitting, hosting, or sharing materials that promote violence, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of individuals or vulnerable groups.
- Cyberattacks & Security Exploits: Injecting malicious code, malware, spyware, ransomware, or conducting unauthorized vulnerability scanning, crypto-jacking, or Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure or client environments.
- Unethical Practices: Misrepresenting your identity, distributing unsolicited spam, impersonating Techreptile personnel, or scraping user data without explicit written consent.
Techreptile reserves the right to immediately terminate access, revoke service availability, reject development projects, and report any illegal or prohibited activities to relevant legal authorities without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Techreptile and its software developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use our website or services, including third-party downtime, server outages, or data losses beyond our direct control.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on this page with an updated effective date.
